At Hold Your Luggage, we understand that every tourist has different needs. Some people travel with babies or kids with them, while some carry valuable possessions in their luggage. For these reasons, our staff ensures that our clients receive what they need when they opt for our shuttle service.
Our airport shuttle service can accommodate a maximum of five people and 10 large luggage. It comes with free child boosters for babies. If you need one for your kid, feel free to tell our staff prior to booking. This way, we can get it ready for you before we pick you up.
If you have lots of bags and suitcases with you, we can attach a covered trailer to our shuttle. It can carry a maximum of 50 pieces of luggage.

Our airport shuttle service in Chicago, IL, is available 24 hours a day by appointment. The fees are charged per group, not per person. Our rates are as follows:

Passenger Shuttle
- Midway Airport – $50 each way
- Ohare Airport – $70 each way
If you need our shuttle services to pick you up or drop you off in other locations in Chicago, feel free to contact us.
Passenger pickups from Terminal 5 at O’Hare airport require a $30 refundable “one-hour wait” charge. In the event that our driver has to wait beyond the 30-minute grace period, the charge won’t be refunded.
Our airport shuttle service is available for an additional $10 charge during rush hours: 7 AM to 9 AM and 4:30 PM to 6 PM. We also charge an additional $15 when there are two inches of snow. The covered trailer attachment we offer is available for an affordable price of $99, and there are various additional sizes available.
Take note that a two-hour advanced notice and a $10 service charge are required for pickup and drop-off requests before and after normal shuttle hours, from 6 PM to 8:30 AM. You can still call us for last-minute requests, but the availability of our mobile shuttle isn’t guaranteed. It’s best if you book ahead of time.
